Update:

cause I have to make hourly trips and everytime I return I'm logging back on and having to go thru internet proto-call for the wireless at work.it can be annoying .

    Open power options in control panel.

    it isn't your screen,its your rig,and why does it matter once your mouse is moved the screen will become active.
