Whats the best way to ship chocolate from New York to Houston, Texas ( which is 98 degrees everyday as of late?

Update:

I will be shipping them and would also like to keep the shipping price as low as possible.

    Get the shipper to pack it in dry ice in a properly insulated carton; it should be fine.

    Get & freeze a ice pack, put it in a Styrofoam cooler. Ship it UPS Next Day Air Red. It should be ok. That's how Godiva Chocolate ships their stuff.
