Could Billy Mays talk normally?

Yes, he did. You should watch the t.v. show PITCHMEN. He talked normally on there. >>

He can speak however he wants. It's so sad that this man passed away and people are complaining about how he "yelled" at them to buy stuff.

Sure he could. But yelling was his trademark. It worked too. Not everybody who does commercials becomes a celebrity. He even had his own reality show, "Pitchmen", when he died. I thought his yelling was annoying, but it was harmless, and more power to him for making a success of himself. His yelling has sold a lot of Oxyclean and other products.

OF COURSE HE COULD!! That was just something like a trademark and for people to hear him!

Yes he could talk normally. He had an exuberant personality. I can't believe he died. I enjoyed watching him on television promoting various products. I have Hercules Hooks and Kaboom!
