What is God teaching you through your daily devotions? Share that. It will be more meaningful than what I share.
You could also share your testimony. Perhaps there was a verse that helped you decide to become a Christian.
If you are stuck though, here are some ideas:
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
Psalms 63:1 A psalm of David. When he was in the Desert of Judah. O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water.
1 Timothy 4:12 Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. (25) Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Matthew 16:24 If any man will come after me, let him
(Just kidding here)

Is there a certain verse that attracted you to Christianity? Like John 3:16? No need to go into real heavy verses. Just share from your heart. Maybe you've heard a sermon that you want to discuss. Just be open. I'm sure you'll be fine. We've all been there!

Two scriptures that touched me when I spent a weekend at a Christian retreat center a couple of years ago that someone had shared with us:
Jeremiah 29:11-14 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back from captivity. [a] I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile."
Romans 8:38 "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord".

Please ask them if this verse is a weak wish, or if His will shall be done.
1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
Also ask them if the whole world will truly learn righteousness.
Isa 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.
Ask them if its true that, all means all.
1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
Ask them if God is a hypocrite when he says to love your enemies, but turns around and torments/tortures most of humanity "forever and ever" in a fiery hell.
Luk 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Peace, God be with you, you will need Him.

Tell them the bible teaches that anyone can have everlasting life if they believe in Christ.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I wouldn't worry about the Bible. Share with them the thoughts that only you can share. Explain to them why you became a Christian. Share with them an example of God working in your life. Share with them the feeling you experienced during your baptism. Explain how your life is different and better, now that you're a Christian.
Let your light shine, and you'll do just fine.
God be with you.

As a christian I have a BIG problem with interpreting verses according to "what it means to you" Scripture has a definite meaning, and is not subject to an individuals feelings, social class, gender etc.

Read the New Testament. Something will come to you that is closest to what has most meaning to you. There are so many things. Any are good, but the one that has most meaning to you would be the best.

Rom 11:36 For of him, and through him, and to him, [are] all things: to whom [be] glory for ever. Amen.

That's sounds like a really sucky camp. I would throw the Bible at the counselors and tell them to go away.
