Foot Pedal Used In Medical Transcription?
I have an Infinity transcription foot pedal. I have downloaded Express Dictate and Express Scribe but I still cannot hear the voice files I need to transcribe. Any suggestions? I would deeply appreciate anything you have to offer. Thanks in advance for any answers.

After installing the express scribe, go to settings, there you can find footpedal control setup wizard. Click on USE FOOTPEDAL PLAYBACK CONTROL, chose "port and number of pedals." If you have any further query, please send mail to andhrascribe@yahoo.com, I will send you screen shots.
In fact, without footpedal also you can work by using F4 and F3 etc function keys to play and stop.
There is no need to install express dictate. It is useless for transcriptionists, it is useful for dictators.
