If you have to ask you can't. Cathode ray tubes are very dangerous to play with they can hold a voltage potential of over 500 volts and if they are improperly installed it can present an X-ray danger to the user. The price to repair a CRT is probably close to the price of a new TV.

A Sony Trinitron 32" Flat Screen CRT will run you in the vicinity of $550 to $700 excluding tax and shipping charges, depending on where you buy it. You also need specialize equipment for aligning the picture tube and the magnets on the neck of the tube. More equipment for convergence adjustments and the list goes on and on. You'd be better off buying a new LCD/Plasma/LED TV instead.
