ipod wrnty help plzzzzz?

I have a JB ipod touch. when the new update came out I updated it then after that i JB it again. It would not turn back on tomorrow i am taking it in to get it fixed will they notice that i jail Broke it when they do fix it?

When i called my warnty was still up after i JB it and called so does that mesn that i still have the warnty?

    warrent goes avoid as soon as u jailbreak well as soon as u even attempt 2 and yes they will no u jailbroke it
