Because it's more painful to do so and your skin is more sensitive, too.
Best time to do threading or waxing is right after you get your period. They say it's the least painful at this time.

Hi both girls above me are wrong. sorry but alitte before and during your period your hair tends to grow faster because of the hormones. So if you herd that it is true. You should wait so you wont have to make that extra trip to have it done again.

because of the hormone changes. your skin is extra sensitive so you feel more pain while it is being threaded. also because your pores are open the hormonal changes can cause you to get spotty
