if it's in a fruit salad add fresh orange juice.

Take the peeled banana and roll it in milk so that it is coated, then wrap in plastic and freeze it. It won't turn brown. When you have enough use them for muffins or bread. It's great when you have a surplus of bananas.

    Cause it works?

The orange juice, because of the citric acid that it contains.

Citric acid prevents fruit from browning.

I don't know if you've ever heard of the product "fruit fresh", but it's mainly the same idea, using citric acid to keep fruit looking and tasting fresh.

    Hope I Helped. (:
