Laptop Problems (LCD Screen)?
Today, I had my laptop zipped up in it's case, while there was a small bag on top of it. When I opened the screen, there were lines of colors and some black circles making it difficult to see on the bottom side of the screen. I'm not sure what to do. I have a one year warranty that's still active on the computer, but they may consider it "customer damaged" and will not fix/replace my computer. Now, it was a small bag with mostly clothes inside, so I don't see how it could have done that much damage, but I don't know how they'll perceive the problem.
I also can't really afford to replace the screen, so is there possibly any way to fix this? Thank you to anyone who answers, and I will be giving a best answer.
In case you somehow need some information, this is my computer: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001NPDKW6/ref=ox...

that happened to my HP. many times I lifted it with one hand, pressing on soft back. then screen went pinkish and dotty, it looked like a poor signal on TV. I fixed it by pressing on many spots at the back until screen turned normal again. how strange. or ask them, maybe the whole screen doesnt have to be replaced.
now I have a MSI with hard back.
