Who are your top 5 young pitcher in each league?

These can be up and coming or semi established young pitchers. Even if you need to go beyond top 5, don't forget about that Bullpen!!! thanks to all who answer

In each league... meaning 5 from the NL and 5 from the AL

Wandy? He isn't "young" he is 30. Just because he looks 12 and isn't well known doesn't mean he's young.
