Paul Wolfowitz was actually referring to the rebuilding of Iraq, and the fact that Iraq had substantial oil resources that would be brought on line to aid in it. He didn't say it would 'pay for the invasion'.
The embassy will serve as an --- embassy --- amazing how that works.
... not that I suspect that it was an honest answer you really sought in any of these questions.

You can try your congressman or senator but if they are anything like we have here in NY, Good luck...but on another note, everyone I speak to sez Pres. Obama is honest...try your luck, ask him..Let us know what happens...would be interested in your findings. Good Luck
