That is a worm that lives in your memory and doesn't affect your files, it is hard to get rid of. Your system seems way out of date if you contracted that infection. Microsoft has a patch for it here:

You also need to make sure all service packs and updates are installed.
You could also try this:
And this:
EDIT: I just did some further research and it appears that it just generates a lot of traffic and disrupts your internet connection, but it is no real threat to you personally.

In my own opinion kasperski is not that great of a firewall, because my friend had it and his computer was still infected with over 1000 viruses/trojans. My advice to you is use a different firewall like comodo firewall with online virus and internet security and it is free.
You probably have adware , spyware, maleware, greyware and some hijacked items so you will need.
get ace utilities, spyware terminator, ca yahoo! anti spy, advanced systemcare, glary utilities, auslogics registry defrag and disk defrag for spyware related.
you can search for those in download.com but for the ca yahoo! anti spy you could find that in firefox yahoo toolbar once you have downloaded it from yahoo.
I use all these programs for computer cleaning and it keeps my computer fresh!!!!!! all the programs work and are 100% legit with high editors reviewers rating from www.download.com

according to : http://www.kaspersky.com/news.html?id=970183
website you can obtain a better understanding about the worm and what it attacks. Memory .
but nothing about removal
if you cant get rid of it ..It just might be on your computer in the memory and when you scan with your AV it just keeps showing up.
if its not got your memory and your AV keeps catching it ,
then Just know your safe and as long as its on the outside looking in then I really would worry but dont change any of your settings make sure there password protected if there are multiple users on your computer..
