I started the Master Cleanse Diet and i was planning on doing it for 10 days. How important is post diet?
I ask this because I know you need a few days after the initial 10 days to get your body back to eating normally again. I am going on a cruise in 12 days so how will I be able to do both? Should I end before 10 days? Is the post diet routine that important? Please let me know.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know 'cleanse' diets are massively unhealthy for you.
Here, take a read: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/31329422/ns/health-die...
Please find a better alternative. Eat less food, eat healthier food, and work out more, don't buy into these quick-fix things.

I would be very concerned about going forward with this diet plan. I have heard some bad out comes. One thing to consider is to not do such a drastic diet plan when you are going on cruise when you are miles away from a Completely functional hospital to help you.
Here are a few links that should help:

Good luck

i know some that was hospitalized for it, so if you can seriously just get out and run, eat healthy foods... you'll gain the weight back anyways... seriously don't torture yourself.. former-wrestler/volleyball player who knows how important weight struggles can be ;)
