Information about UNICRU?

When you apply online to businesses like CVS, Staples or Lowe's, they redirect you to UNICRU.

Who checks the applications you fill, Unicru or those businesses I mentioned?

If Unicru checks those applications, aren't you applying again and again?

How trustful is Unicru's application?

Wouldn't be better to apply the "old way" (filling an application with a pen)?

Basically, how you do on the Unicru test determines rather your application is looked at or not. If you fail that stupid test, your application never reaches the company, but you don't know that unless you ask the particular company about the status of you job application. I know this because this happened to me at Best Buy. I did the application, but it never gets to Best Buy because I didn't pass the Unicru test. Thus, Unicru rejects my application and so it never gets. Unicru sucks. If you're honest on the test, you fail. You have to lie and answer strongly agree or disagree. You have to show on the test that you're an extroverted person, who is also a mindless slave.
