Editing town in The Sims 3?

Question

Okay so I've been editing my town and I want to make my own people and move them into lots.  The problem is that they have barely any money so I can't move them into the houses that I want them to live in.  Unlike in the Sims 1 and 2, you can only play one game at a time so the extra sims I create aren't even playable so I can't cheat and give them money.  What is there to do?

Hmm. I don't really understand your problem cause you say you can only play one game at a time unlike sims 1 or 2. 
That's not out the sims 3, cause in this case you can really play all in one as you can interact directly with all your sims in the same town, without the loading. You can just bump into them on the street or go knock ar their door. It's cool.

As for the money part, u just have to do like in the sims 2 or 3. Just place them on a house, enter, do the cheat (equal to sims 2), save and them click edit town. Them click change household and then click onthe family in question, evict them and them place them wherever you want to.

familyfunds familyname  (replace familyname with the sim's actual name)

leave your original sims alone. join the extra sims's household into your original sims then cheat there. after cheating move them out :P

click the button that has a image of homes in it interior the backside left corner. its no longer effortless to describe without a image... it says choose for enjoyed ones or something like that. its fantastically effortless to discover as quickly as initiate finding for it
