Need a recipe to use up extra Lasagna noodles...?

Making Lasagna for dinner, made too many noodles so I made an extra Lasagna to freeze and still have too many noodles. Anyone have a quick, easy inexpensive recipe so I can use up the extra noodles?

Mix together ricotta cheese and frozen spinach that has been drained and then add in seasonings that you like such as: sauteed onions, garlic, roasted peppers, salt and pepper. Take your cheese mixture and spread it on the cooked lasagna noodles and roll them up. Place them in a greased casserole dish and cover with your favorite sauce (marinara, alfredo, meat sauce) cover with cheese and bake in your oven until it is bubbly and cheese is melted.

My guess is to find a spinach lasagna recipe with pre cooked noodles and use the recipe only for cooking time and not the ingredients... Ive done similar things. Sometimes you have to improvise!

Make some homemade burgers with some Italian flavors. So make a marinara sauce, add some like thyme, oregano and basil. Toast the buns, put on some mayonnaise, then top it with the marinara sauce and put the lasagna noodles on top the sauce and sandwich the burger in between everything else.
