why is my yahoo mail not loading at all?

ok so on my grandmas computer the page with all the message doesn't load ever and i can't find a way to contact yahoo. my laptop and get on it fine but the wireless internet i am using from the people next door kicks me off alot so i need to know what i need to do to load my mail page. every other site or part of yahoo works fine i even tryed signing out from the main page and logging back in but after the log in it says there theres something wrong. idk wtf is going on but its just that page out of everything so if u could help me it would be apresated much cuz i got some emails i really need to read and repliy too.
