When looking to impress, I like to grill some Cornish Game Hens. It's very easy to do, and it's definitely high on the wow factor, both for presentation and taste.
Take a foil roasting pan, coat it with cooking spray. Add the thawed hens (about 1/2- 1 hen per person) and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the pan with the hens in it on a preheated grill over indirect heat (if you have more than 2 burners on your grill, put the outside ones on high and the inside ones on low, and put the pan in the center. If you only have two burners, set both to medium. Close the grill and cook 15 minutes per pound. Check internal temp to determine doneness (for poultry it's 180 degrees).
Your hens will come out golden brown and crispy, with juicy, tender meat. THey look and taste fantastic!

Get 2 pieces of meat...Get a lemon and cut it in half, then take out the seeds...Rub one side of the lemon on both pieces of meat...Then put whatever meat seasoning thing you want to use on half 1 piece of meat, then do it 2 the other piece of meat...Then fold the meat in half and put it on the grill...You should already know the rest if you know how to grill basic meat.
