What caused this ghost?

Update:

It's not created. Personally, I think it's some dust being lit by the sunlight coming through the trees (note the shape up top) and ALSO by the flash, which was used. The next pic was taken from a very slightly different angle, so it may not have caught the mist/dust the same way.

That's my opinion, but this is not your typical orb, so I'm looking for some other ideas.

I was not the photographer and it was not done intentionally. How cool would it be if it was?

    The person that tok the pic was holding a cigarette.

    There are no ghosts but that is pretty close. I would say it is a created image using cellophane or something similar.

    It's a cobweb , it may have been blowing past or it may be on an overhanging tree .

    its caused by shadow and lighting, and a way of drawing attention
