Freezer problems??!!?

its not the defrost coils you doors will freeze shut pull the unit out and look on the back to see if you have the condenser coils on the back the they arent there they are under the unit tilt the unit back and clean them out with a vacuum or broom. also check that the fan under it is still working properly. sometimes they go out but you can hear them squeeling if they go out. once the coils can disapate the heat it should start working normally

Before u call anybody and spend lots of money. Check the condenser under the refrig. Pull the panel off and check with a flashlite if its dirty

get a condser brush $4.00 in any hardware store and clean it. U maybe suprised on how much u just saved.

Cold air falls therefore the fridge will stay colder than the freezer. The defrost heaters are bad. go to www.searspartsdirect.com with model number and look up heaters, you can order them from sears or you can call round to your local appliance parts store and get them.
