If you don't have cole slaw with ribs, you just aren't having "ribs".

Cole Slaw is my favorite with ribs. Here is a really easy recipe, if you need it.

    1 cup mayonaise

    1/2 cup sugar

    1/4 cup white vinegar

    pepper (to taste)

    Mix well in large bowl.

Add 1/2 head shredded cabbage and 2 large grated carrots. Or 1 bag of coleslaw mix.

Some kind of green veggie would go great.

    Creamed Spinach

    Green Beans

    Asparagus

Cole slaw or corn would be best

That would be terrific with steamed asparagus and bernaise sauce.
