I know this is long reply. But please take your time and read this. I know this work. So please read it =)

Btw i do not believe in any kind of diet pills or diet shakes or any slim fast and all that.

Water is very good for you and specially if you're on diet and if you're working out-water is very good and keeps you hydrated.

I don't believe in pills or any weight loss shakes-they are bogus and lame and are temporally and have many side effects.

First loose the soda, cut down on pizza and fast food.

If you like fires make 'em at home in oven. They come out very yummy and oil free.

Key is to eat small portions 5 times a day.

Morning: boiled eggs, corn flakes, fat free milk, if you want to fry eggs loose the yolk and eat the white part.

Morning snack around 10:30am-11am: a piece of fruit / 2 cups of veggie/ salad

Lunch: Turkey / Chicken lunchmeat with whole grain or wheat bread.

    1 Cup of veggies.

Mid day snack (around 2:30pm or so) a piece of fruit or health bar.

Dinner: Grill fish with veggies / brown rice with beans/ wheat pasta with grill chicken.

9pm snack (optional-only if you feel lil hungry 2 hours before your sleep time) have yogurt.

The key is to loose red meat and pork and add more wheat products to your diet. Drink lots of water. As you can read i did not talk about any sweet products. Sweet only from fruits no cookies no cake no brownies.None of that. Sweet things have more and load and calories. Take your protein because you would need that protein for your work out.

For hips, behind and thighs one thing SQUATS and LUNGES helps a lot!

SQUATS are hard to do in start but once you get use to of it, no problem

for butt is "BUTT BLASTER" EXERCISE. You can do it in your bedroom. To see how to perform those exercises, you can go image google put the key word and check out the pics and that will give you idea on how to perform those exercises. All the exercises i told you, you can do it in your bedroom, no need to go to gym or buy any equipment.

Start by doing 3 sets of 15 each.

Believe me you will see results within a month.

I have told other people too, this entire veggies and fruit intake will make you very regular and you will make about 4 trips to the bathroom, so be prepare.

TO BE HONEST: YOU WON'T LOOSE 15-20 IN JUST 30 DAYS.

but you will loose about 10 pounds. IF you eat healthy, drink lots of water. Take 30 min nap during day and do cardio.

you can do cardio every day, like jog and run for 30 min or so rope skipping, or swim. :)

It IS possible to lose 5 lbs a week, I agree. I used to do it a very unhealthy way (i.e. starvation and working out 1.5 hours a day), but if you follow a meal plan similar to the one I'll list below, it's also possible AND healthy, and you'll never be wanting for food- it keeps you full :) See if it works for you:

    Breakfast:

2 eggs, decaf tea or coffee with Splenda (plain cream optional), and a sausage patty or bacon if you feel like it.

    Snack:

A couple grape tomatoes or another kind of vegetable and/or an ounce or two of cheese

    Lunch:

2-3 cups salad, shredded cheese on top, 1/2 to 1 cup met (chicken, ground beef, whatever), low sugar dressing (ranch, blue cheese, etc) or sour cream & taco sauce

    OR

A pack of tuna, 1-2 tbs mayo, and 1-2 cups sald

    Snack:

1-2 oz meat, or 1-2 oz cheese

    Dinner:

Can vary greatly, but you want to throw in meat or some eggs (protein-rich), and maybe some more vegetables. Sometimes I have un-breaded hot wings, sometimes fried eggs, last night I had more salad with tuna & mayo and 2 eggs

Be SURE to drink 2-3 liters of water a day, get 30 mins of any kind of exercise 4-6 days a week, and get at least 7 hours of sleep a night

The idea is to cut out all the sugar and refined carbs of your normal diet (eat less that 20 net carbs a day, AKA carbs minus fiber) so your body burns fat for energy instead, and it works wonders. I lost 7 lbs in my first 4 days. It's mostly water weight at first, but you do lose steadily, and I love it.

PS- Another snack, if you want something sweet, is sugar-free jello with a little whipped cream. Also, try not to eat more than 4 oz of cheese a day.

Sometimes things come up and you become extremely motivated to drop a few pounds and you want to do it fast. Maybe it's an important meeting, a reunion, or an unexpected

trip that you get to take and you just want less jiggle when you are running down the beach on your vacation. No matter what the reason, there are times when people want to

know how to lose weight fast.

Even though there are a number of things that you can do to facilitate losing weight fast, you should always put health first. Trying to lose weight quickly can stress your body

and can actually be dangerous if you try to push it to far and too fast. However, there are some tricks that people use to support the body in shedding pounds and losing weight

fast, but don't get sucked into trying an "overnight miracle" diet.

yes it is possible, but don't do that!

1- you'll gain pounds very fast after your 4 weeks "diet"or when you stop taking those pills. Unless you want to take pills for the rest of your life ( then be ready for the side effects and a very short life)

2- you'll gain more the the 20 pounds you initially lost

3- it will become harder and harder to lose weight, because your body will think you are under a lot of stress and lack food, so your body will start packing some fat where you don't want, to be ready for the next 4 weeks of Pill + starvation.

don't do this very common mistakes, try to be more active, exercise more and eat enough to feel good

4- Very important: feel good about youself

it's not possible. it has taken me nearly 5 months to lose 35 pounds. the most you can lose in 3-4 weeks is probably somewhere between 6-10 pounds. you should eat a diet that has no less than 1200 calories, but since you are still growing you actually require about 1600 calories a day. try eating small meals throughout the day, drink water and get plenty of exercise. eat lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean meats and low fat dairy. stay away from soda and junk food. good luck.

Well..so you are looking to lose around 5lbs a week for 4 weeks. You are only 13 so I would suggest you just try to eat healthy and be an active teenager. My gf's little sister is 14 and rail thin...basically she eats like 6-8 small meals a day consisting of fruits and vegetables, no processed foods, not much cheese or fats. she also plays field hockey and runs.

Sorry, not possible. 2-3 pounds per week is the very MAXIMUM you could lose a week. So maybe half of that is possible. However, it's been my experience that when people who all of a sudden want to lose a ton of weight in the least amount of time possible don't have the commitment to lose the weight in the first place.

Go slow and steady and you'll lose weight eventually.

Hey, first I would track your calories. Begin writing everything you eat down and add the calories and don't go over 1500.

Cut out all dairy. Use salsa instead of salad dressing and eat lots of salads and vegetables. You can eat spinach with marinara sauce on it--or microwaved veggies that steam in the bag--they are very easy to cook.

Do not go out to eat at all. No sweets or icecream. If you want to eat bread eat Ezekial Bread but not that much. Just basically no junk foods. A good snack would be edamame. (google that if you don't know) Go walking every day for at least 30 minutes. And eat something every 3 hours.

Luna bars would be a good breakfast...one in morning, then 3 hrs. later another one, then healthy lunch, then small snack 3 hrs later, then healthy dinner. Good luck.

Source(s): me...I lost 40 pounds last year and this is what I did.

It is highly possible, you can continue to eat the same as you do now. Add an hour of cardio each day and you should drop 10lbs in two weeks. run at a low pace for an hour or do the stair master. That little work out will make a huge difference. Cardio is key!

At your age, I think you should try healthy eating habits. One of the easiest ways to be healthy is to replace every soda/juice with a bottle of water. You dont need all that sugar. Once you have mastered that, try replacing every snack (like chips and cookies) with fruit. Then move onto other things builing on what you have started.

For exercise, pick up a sport. An hour on the field is one less on the couch or at the fastfood joint. I recommend yoga also. Many local gyms have classes. Its never to early to start healthy habits.
