Home remedy for dry skin?
A friend of mine told me to take a bath with about 12 aspirins and 2 cups of milk. He said to soak about 15 minutes then shower as usual and this will help you with dry skin.
Has anyone heard this?
Does anyone have any home remedies for really dry skin? Lotion just doesn't help much.

No, really all you need to do is! There are many many remedies..The best remedy is go to a drug store or health food market..Buy some Aloe Vera Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil...Really many people make these type of dry skin products at home...
google it..or yahoo dry skin remedies...You wil find an answer..
I use Organic products..

A great body mask for dry skin (you can just use it as a shower gel if you like) is:
2 cups honey
1/2 cup milk
4 tsp. vanilla extract
Just heat the honey in the microwave for about 30 seconds, stir in the milk and vanilla, then heat it for another 30 seconds and it will stay warm. For a bubble bath, reverse it a bit: 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup honey, and 4 tsp. vanilla extract, but heat the milk and honey for 30 seconds, add the vanilla and stir, then pop it in for another 30 seconds. This will actually foam. The milk soothes irritation, the honey helps your body retain moisture, and the vanilla just makes you smell nice :)
Hope I helped!
