Pre-Track Sprinting Workout:D?
I run 100 m. hurdles as a junior in high school and I have only 2 years left to make a statement! So I need some really good sprinting drills to do on my own, during the summer, fall, and winter! I just want to kick major senior butt this year!! Please help!!

The best thing for you to do is do strength training exercises. In both the lower body and upper body. This is will create the edge you need.

Since you do alot of sprint work the best training for you would be reistance training
-i would highly recommend runing up hills because it teaches you to take bigger strides and builds up leg muscle
