Words of appreciation suggestions?

I had a lot of frustrating problems with service from a company. I called and finally got an awesome Customer Service Rep. I am going to call her boss to tell him how great she was. What positive words can you come up with to tell her boss she went beyond the call of duty so to speak? (I know of some, but just want to get your input) Thank you

I agree you should contrast your compliments for this rep with the frustrating service you first received. You could say something like, "If it weren't for (her), you would have lost my business and the business of my family and friends. I'd have made sure none of them repeated the mistake I made in calling your company."

They need to see how this person can turn a situation around and that the others could cost them a lot of money.

They should also hear about the problems you had so they can address them. Tell them about your frustration and then mention the person in question and tell them what that person did for you and that they're fortunate to have someone who is courteous and professional and committed to their duties.

dont praise her too much. it will look like you are flattering and buttering. be neutral and use very normal words.
