How many out there tries to go all natural, health-wise?

I take lots of vitamins...try to get an all around balance.....

Update:

You are right about vitamins....the only thing is, our soil doesn't have the nutrients as it used to....I do my best to eat right, along with supplementing with vitamins....They do help.

I agree with Gary. If you eat a fairly well balanced diet and even if you don't, there are so many foods fortified that are more and more cases of certain vitamin or mineral overdose. Check it out.

And taking more vitamins than you need is wastefull. Your body pees out the excess and you flush it down the drain.

While there is a reason to take some supplements(folks living in northern hemisphere needing D supplements, for example) getting your vitamins in food is better. There are many micro nutrients that are in fresh fruits and veggies and lean unprocessed meats and dairy that science hasn't even discovered. If you load up on the pills, you do not get the natural benefit of good foods.

How do I go natural? Well, when it is hot out and I need to hydrate, I eat a banana and some oranges(potassium source) every day and drink plenty of water and skip the expensive and icky Gatorade/Powerade BS. When my stomach bothers me, I drink Chamomile tea and stopped drinking pop and any other carbonated beverages. I don't take green tea pills, I have a cup or so each day.

Supplementing your diet with manufactured vitamin pills is not natural. It's just falling for the vitamin myth and giving money to multibillion dollar Big Vitamin companies.

If you must go "all natural", simply stick to a healthy diet and get your recommended amounts of fruit and vegetables.
