Japanese Translation of Formula?

I'm trying to understand this formula...

http://www.newinelabs.com/images/sologdv.png

I would like for someone to translate the Japanese to English, and include the live Japanese characters in the response, I need both.

I think the top line says 'Score (score)', why is this stated twice?

There is not much to translate.

    x: スコア(得点) score

What do you mean twice? These are the 2 different words, both meaning score.

y,z,,,: その他の変数(妖精ゲット数・封印ゲットフラグなど) other variations (the number of fairies you have got, flag of getting seals, etc)

??> no longer something. that is merely the particle wa, which identifies a topic count number. ????????> This isn't smart. i think of they advise, ????????> "am i able to order?" ????????????????????"do no longer come to tell the nicely-known, final order." This one is somewhat awkward. i think of somebody replaced into making use of a information superhighway translator.
