I keep myself sane just by living life. I have my job, home, children and good health and all of that brings plenty to do. We have hobbies and other activities to. What more does one really need?

It's not clear that our world is in chaos, so I am skeptical of the challenge to remain sane. Seems to me, human nature is very consistent and strong which continues to drive history to continually repeat.

Srryy about that but i cant really pick faves for prayes. I hate cing people get hurt but i do wat i must if sum1 attacks me. I guess the world i full of chaos because they r opposite of me. They dont really care wat happens to them or any1 else. They jus want to take their anger out. It is sad actually i c many of them every day. But untill people like that change the world will plunge into more chaos.
