i bought it but i have no clue.I read the instructions
but it makes no sences.It lights up makes the nosie
then jest turns off.can someone please help!?

If your zits are really big and red, get the Zeno pro (it has more concentrated heat levels) if they are smaller get the Zeno. Do not get the mini Zeno though.
