The SPAM E-mails that said Congratulation you win money, and after that they steal your Bank account is it sin?

yes abouna it is a sin because you brought it on yourself and you should know better than to fall for these scams

You must already know that stealing is a sin and as this is stealing then it is sin. I reply to these emails, telling the sender that they are acting illegally and immorally and that they should repent. They might laugh but it won't be all the way to the bank.

If you answer such an email you have most likely committed the sin of stupidity.
