The Condom Broke while having Sex! I'm Pregnant!?
My boyfriend and I had sex last week and his condom broke. I also forgot to take the pill so I took a pregnancy test and the first time it said I was positive. I also did it again just to be sure and I was still positive. The problem is I don't want a baby at the age of 22 so should I do?
Sorry guys, meant last month I had sex!

Well, just saying...you should probably wait another week or so and take another pregnancy test. Sometimes it gives you false-positives if you do it too soon, and I believe the percentage of accuracy in your time frame between sex to the test is about 67% accurate.
If you ARE pregnant, then depending on your situation, it might be best to have an abortion, if you couldn't provide for the child, you have unstable habits like drug use, ETC...things that could endanger the kid's life. However, if you have a stable life, maybe think about giving it up for adoption. other people can't get pregnant, so maybe this is your chance to help someone else out.
Either way, good luck, hoped I could help!

Well, you're pregnant. That's the reality. The baby isn't going anywhere, so you have to get ready to have him or her in your life.
I don't know what you mean exactly by "at the age of 22." Do you know that a woman is most fertile between the ages of 18 and 24, and that after that it gets harder every year to conceive? So, you are at a perfectly good time to have a child. You are definitely adult enough to take care of this new child and face the responsibilities that you opened yourself up to when you had sex. That's what sex is for, after all.
Don't say right away that you don't want your baby. How do you think the child would feel if s/he could know that you don't want him or her? Instead of instantly thinking of ways not to be a mother, why not take a moment to count your blessings (as every baby is a blessing), embrace the new child within you, and learn how to be a great mom through pregnancy and the child's life? You can't escape from this; it's a challenge that has been presented to you and it's full of blessings and joy if you are open to it. You haven't yet felt that baby move inside you, you haven't yet held your little girl or boy for the first time after birth, so when you say you don't want your baby, you really have no idea what you're saying.
Come on, you're a mama! Why not be glad and just do the best you can? There is support for you if the child's father or your family won't support you and you are not financially secure (and you don't have to have thousands saved up to have a baby; it isn't as expensive as you may think and no one is ever 100% ready to be a parent): http://www.birthright.org/
Save money by nursing (costs nothing and is best for baby and mama), buying high-quality, second-hand baby toys and clothes, making your own baby food when the baby is old enough to have solids introduced, using cloth diapers (go online for more info) so you don't have to buy disposables every week, and having a home birth with a midwife, which you can watch on YouTube. I had a home birth and it was absolutely amazing. You will save thousands that way, too. Birth is a natural thing.
People who are telling you to abort your baby just don't want to spend two minutes of their time encouraging you, so they choose the "easy" way out. Abortion is not a solution. Your baby will die and so will your motherhood, and even if it seems to "fix" things for the moment, it will come back to you. More than that, it's wrong; your baby has the right to be here just as you do. There are consequences to abortion:

Just face this new time in your life with grace and love, and you will be fine. Having a baby is a challenge, but a wonderful challenge. You won't regret it.

If you've been on the pill (and taken it everyday at the same time), it's very unlikely you'll get pregnant. Less than one woman out of every hundred who uses the pill correctly will get pregnant each year. Catherine

Start looking into adoption. It gives the baby a chance at life. I mean, its not baby's fault you got pregnant, but at least give baby life. I know a couple that would kill for a baby. Couples like that are everywhere, easy to find and once you have the baby, that's it for you. You are done and nothing else will ever be asked of you.
I gotta say though, I'm 22 and have my second on the way. Kids don't ruin your life, they enhance it. I was scared, still kinda am, but baby's aren't the anti-christ society makes them out to be. They are incredible if given the chance.

Keeping the baby is a big decision. If you are at a place in your life that a new baby doesn't work for you then adoption might be your answer. I am a 4 year Breast Cancer Survivor that is unable to have children. I am looking to adopt a child of my own. My husband and I have been looking at our options. If adoption is the way you choose to go, please let me know. Thank you. I'd be willing to answer any questions you might have.

If you feel that you cannot handle a child now then it would perhaps be best to provide for a family that can't have children naturally but would really love to care for and provide for a growing child: adoption. It's a hard thing to think about but also instead of strangers answering your question there's something inside you kind of leading you one way or another, too... talk to trusted friends and/or family as well, it can be very helpful... especially when the person you talk to isn't biased on a choice one way or another. Just please don't do something you'll regret.

yeah, something smells fishy...
either u took a bad home pregnancy test(cuz one week is not enough time for the pregnancy hormone to register) or u got knocked up by someone other than your boyfriend.
if u really are pregnant, and are not ready to be a mom, give your child to a relative to care for until your ready or give it up for adoption. i would not recommend abortion. try to be more responsible next time. :(

I don't think that your sex from last week made you pregnant. you need to go to the doctor and see how far along you are. I'm sure that you must be longer then one week pregnant.
