Japanese to English translation?
This is a tall order. I'm trying to translate a Japanese page, but it is very difficult. I've used a number of online translators, and my familiarity with the subject, to get the translation to this point.
Some of it is very close, but much of it is not.
Some paragraphs, I couldn't do at all. And, some of the portions, I'm sure, are just plain wrong.
Here is the Japanese...

Here is what I have done in English...

Again, I realize this a lot to ask. But, If someone wants to help, i would certainly appreciate it.
To anyone who might help, I imagine you could mail the rtf to my yahoo account, or info@(the site where the file is being hosted).
thx in advance

My first piece of advice is not to force people to download a file from an unknown source. That's just plain dangerous and I think most people will be unwilling to do it.
Second, you would do a lot better to post the text directly to Yahoo!Answers a small piece at a time, then people might be more willing to help out. Most of us don't want to spend forever on an epic length translation, but don't mind helping out with a sentence or two.

I don't know which should be better for Tom to send a letter either in English or Japanese. Which is better do you think? (In case I is actually subject in the Japanese text.) or Tom is not supposed to be able to decide whether to write in English or Japanese. What do you think which better he will choose? (In case Tom is actually subject in the Japanese text.)
