any1 due on christmas eve?

I'm not pregnant or a mum but I have a cute story about Christmas babies!

My friends are twins and they were born on December 23rd and then 3 years later their younger brother was born on the same date! They are now 16 and 13.

And they'll celebrate their 21st and 18th birthday's on the same day! What a party!

I'm due January 2nd. I'm kinda hoping for a new year's baby, Having a baby on Christmas Eve could be nice. If everything goes well you get to bring the baby home on Christmas Day.

I'm due on with my first on Christmas Eve too! It's funny, because my birthday is on 23rd December and I always said that I wouldn't have a baby around Christmas time because my birthday does seem to get a little bit lost in all the festive excitement, but that's exactly how it's happened! We'll just take special time and effort to make sure whenever the baby is born, he/she gets a lot of attention fo birthday and make sure that there are separate presents and cards for Christmas and birthday. And maybe have a little "half birthday" treat for the six month mark too, to make up for it. My husband did that when we started seeing each other, and even now on 23rd June he remembers and gets me some choccies or takes me out for a meal, which makes me feel very loved! :-) Good luck conceiving over Christmas, and have a lovely time over the festive season!

No, we specifically tried to avoid having a Christmas baby. My dad was born on Christmas Eve, and he always hated having a birthday so close to such a big holiday. We've avoided December and also August, since our first son was born in August and we want their birthdays to be spread out.

Anyway, a baby is a blessing at any time of the year. Congratulations on your Christmas baby!

Hopefully he/she won't be too late, i don't fancy spending christmas week in hospital.

Im due on the 11th december. Bad timing as my nieces the 13th, my daughters the 17th, my father in law 18th and im the 20th. Its going to be a busy month.
