What to do - can't leave?

My wife is still talking to the guy who she cheated on me with before we got married! I have asked her numerous times in the past to stop, but she has found other ways to communicate to hide it.

My biggest problem is that I have a 14 month old girl and she is everything to me. I can't go a day without her. In the state of Washington, women always get custody. Man, this really sucks. What do I do? I've tried the "asking her to stop" way, but no luck.

Keep records and get a good lawyer, you need to get yourself on tape telling her not to do it again and hire a private detective, stuff like that. Women don't always get custody just almost always and a female judge is more likely to give you custody because women that aren't whores really hate women that are not and a male judge will lean your way.

If you can get some sound evidence that she cheated, she might not make out too well in court if push comes to shove. Unfit mothers don't necessarily get custody of children.

If the guy is married, you might want to talk to his wife about this problem. She might team up with you to solve the problem.

this is really a big problem. you need to find out more about this guy

she is talking to. and find out if he is a drug user. if so you can put a stop to her ever taking the child around him all so you can go to court

with the wright attorney and get custody of the child. because if the child is in any danger and you put up a fight you can get custody.

You need to discuss this with an attorney .. I realize women usually get custody BUT a good lawyer may be able to get around that .
