I did a walk through with my agent today. The seller took all of her personal stuff, but she also took the refrigerator, which was checked on the contract. I haven't signed with escrow yet, but we really want the house. Can I take the seller to court afterwards or should I just eat the costs of a new one?

It's been a week and they both keep going back and forth with revisions. I was supposed to close yesterday, but they are taking their sweet time. Can I file a complaint? I can only contact the escrow and their excuse is always, "We are waiting for the lender to send back the documents." Only by mortgage broker and escrow can contact the lender's underwriter. It's really frustrating.

This is probably a stupid question, but is it normal that I want to have sex with my wife all the time? We started dating ten years ago and we have been married for about four years.

Our sex life is still healthy, usually once or twice a week and I make sure that I last at least an hour with her having at least two orgasms, sometimes up to seven or eight times.

We have a little daughter now, so I understand she is tired. I pretty much bug her everyday by touching her or grabbing her and kissing her. I will reach around and start touching her everytime she has both hands occupied (like when she is washing dishes or carrying the laundry basket). She will usually put up a fight or pull away.

She will only have sex when the little one is asleep at night. Although we are in our thirties, but I still think she is sexy I get horny just by thinking about her. I just feel that I am doing something wrong by trying to flirt with her constantly. Sometimes I feel real guilty that I want to have sex with her all the time (everyday and everytime no-one is around).

Should I stop flirting with her all the time? Do I need to see a shrink or somebody about this?

My wife is still talking to the guy who she cheated on me with before we got married! I have asked her numerous times in the past to stop, but she has found other ways to communicate to hide it.

My biggest problem is that I have a 14 month old girl and she is everything to me. I can't go a day without her. In the state of Washington, women always get custody. Man, this really sucks. What do I do? I've tried the "asking her to stop" way, but no luck.

So she cheated on me a while back while traveling over seas. She said that she did not have sex, but she was willing to give up everything to be with him. After a few weeks, she ended it up with him (online chatting). Now she went over seas again with her girlfriend, but says that she is not seeing him while he's there. The only problem is that her girlfriend is leaving a week before she is to come back to the states and she is going to be there alone for a week. I kinda question what's going on. I'm thinking of splitting before she comes back.
