usually yes. satan disguises evil things as being ok so that you will go through with them. he very slowly, carefully, and craftily draws you in until you're pretty much trapped. if you really want to know the difference. develop a strong lasting relationship with Jesus Christ by reading the bible and talking to him often. if you do that, you will soon learn the difference between good, and evil disguised as ok.
if you do not know how to pray here's how i do it:
find yourself alone in a quiet place, usually your room.
place your hands together in front of you, bow your head and close your eyes.
start with "Dear Jesus" state your message and end with "in Jesus' name i pray", or "in God's name" or something like that,
then finish with, "Amen"

Does evil always disguise itself as good?
--Evil is good, there's no need for a disguise.

In the eyes of the Lord, no amount of disguise will do.
Proverbs 15:3 - "The eyes of the LORD [are] in every place, beholding the evil and the good."
To the undiscerning, yes.
Proverbs 16:25 - "There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof [are] the ways of death."
Example:
Isaiah 5:20 - "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"
To the discerning, no; to them, evil is evil and good is good.
Hebrews 5:14 - "But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, [even] those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."
Example:
Job 2:10 "What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips." (See Job 42:11 for proof).
To those who love God, even evil could turn out for good.
Romans 8:28 - "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose."
Examples:
Genesis 50:20 - "But as for you, ye thought evil against me; [but] God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as [it is] this day, to save much people alive."
Isaiah 57:1 - "The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth [it] to heart: and merciful men [are] taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil [to come]."
Evil cannot always be disguised; it would always be manifested.
Matthew 12:35 - "A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things."

Oftentimes. Humans, no matter how depraved, usually still have a problem with knowingly doing evil, so they usually make up some excuse for themselves.
But worse is the evil that has succesfully dressed itself in the clothes of good.

It depends on how one defines evil. The major evils, contrary to what conservatives would have you think, are illness, intolerance, ignorance and natural disasters. None of these disguise themselves as being good.
Now George W Bush...... there is an example of one that does

well the psychotic in charge of the abrahamic religions according to their book murdered every man, woman, child, infant, fetus, retarded etc on the planet--and the abrahamics all say this is good. So yes, evil can be disguised as good. They let words trick them--into thinking that deity is good.

A great deception have been happening ever since. It is being accepted as good and sweet all the while. Just remember sweetness have caused diabetes as the saying also goes, "Some sweet things may set your teeth on the edge."
So, be careful with all whom you are seeing as an angel, you may be following a wrong light.

I agree, there is no always. Outlaw bikers make no attempt to hide the fact that they are hyperviolent drug pushers and criminals.
On the other hand, some evil people (such as sociopaths) are very smooth and calculating. Some of them even become presidents by promoting popular causes, but they always abuse their power.
They very very often wrap themselves in the national flag.

If someone red with horns, a pointy tail and a trident was whispering iun your ear do you really think you'd do what he says? Yes, evil is always dressed in good.

Not always!
Has anyone had an experience like this?
Close to the time frame of the gulf war in 1991 I was paid a visit by an unexpected visitor. This is what happened. As I lay sleeping in my bedroom I was paid a visit in the middle of the night by the Devil. My bed was situated that when I slept my head was next to the exterior wall of my bedroom. While I slept in the middle of the night the devil came and placed a vision in my mind. This is what happened. The vision was that of a woman and a man by a tree. They were both clothed and it was nothing that would make me believe it was Adam and eve. The vision was powerful and made me start to wake. As I started to wake the spirit in me manifested the devil to me. I saw him through the spirits eyes. He hovered of the ground had no wings or horns that I saw. He was held in check by gravity even though he flew or hovered I should say. He was slender with the body of a man but the head of a fallen Angel. He radiated with his true colors of evil, meaning, I could feel the evil in him. As for the vision, when I started to wake he knew it and said, speaking through his mind to me, I have been here since the beginning of time, I no who you are calling me by my birth name. When he said this it was as if he was trying to harm me. At that very moment an Angel of the Lord struck the devil in the side with an angelic dart. The Devil leaped as if struck by a lightning bolt. He turned and looked straight at the Angel who struck him. The Angel was posted in the front of our home. He was located just above the place I had been singing and playing my guitar a few nights before. I would often sing to the Lord. Maybe he liked my music! After the devil turned and looked at the Angel terror was on his face. He looked straight at the Angel. I never saw the Angel. The Devil took of like a lightning bolt north east! I've never herd of angelic darts before.. I wish I could have had that on video tape!!!
