My computer is acting up and I can't System Restore?
I recently started seeing "Google Installer" and "Backweb.exe" problem boxes popping up while I am on my computer and think that they are part of a virus. I have defender pro, but my subscription lapsed and it doesn't do anything for me. I tried to download some adware and malware removal software, but it didn't remedy the problem. Now my computer is freezing up, I tried to do a system restore to get back to a place where the virus wasn't there, but it won't let me open it, my computer is going downhill quickly, can anyone help??

well try to download avg anti virus free edition if that won't help I'm sorry to announce but you'll need to reinstall windows xp or vista
Don't forgot to delete all drives when reinstalling
Also I would suggest you to Google how to make a backup disk or just buy a external hard drive to backup all your files
