Hi,
One thing to remember is that another name for "a quotient of two integers" is "rational number", i.e. a fraction.
So, 4.7 is 47 tenths or 47/10.
-3 1/3. Write this as an improper fraction -10/3
47 percent is .47 or 47/100
any integer itself can be placed over 1
-9 = -9/1
53 = 53/1
