how should i cut my hair? what kind of style? pictures would be helpful!?

Ok so I'm a guy but I know a bit about this sort of thing. I think you should go with a cut about shoulder length with a wispy light fringe/bangs. Don't go for a big heavy fringe/bangs as this will make your face look shorter and wider.

I noticed you also said you're short and wish you could grow- I have loads of tips on how to maximise possible growth, and if that doesn't work, how to make yourself look taller than you really are. If that sounds useful just mail me through my profile and ask.

i think long layers would be bomb! with front swept bangs but not all the way i call the front side bangss :)
