What is this song; "I am still floating on "gaffon"/zephyr"? Can't make out the lyrics, catchy tune!?

I have heard this song here and there and I love it, but can't make out the lyrics to track it down. It was a very sweeping, back and forth melody, kind of like swinging on swings, and the chorus sounds like it is asking, "am I still floating on zephyr?," but the last word could be something else, seemingly "gaffodd/gaffon".... hmmmm any help??
