Anyone out there feel like the Sotomayor confirmation hearings are just a dog and pony show?

I hope it doesn't take as long as the election. They just love to drag stuff out. Fortunately my TV only gets one channel now due to the Digital change so I don't have to worry about going through the whole drawn out process.

They almost make it seem important. I know they are there for what seems like forever but more will die and more will be appointed.

The RebubliDems are all working for the same boss. It's not even a conspiracy anymore ... it's a joke! A Sad, Cruel, Horrific Joke on the American People! But I don't know anyone who is laughing, other than our representatives in govt.

Her resume is impressive, her attitudes are scary... she will offer no suprises..A white male would never get away with the types of biased comments she has made.

That doesn't matter, she will be confirmed irrespective of the bickering... the republican party has been marginalized by the last election cycle... I might start voting for them just to give the congress some balance.

What people don't realize is that the high court usually is in agreement on 95% of issues, its that 5% that gets all the attention.

I have never been so bored in my life, watching this crap on TV!! She doesn't seem to make eye contact with any of the Senators! Her head is down, and she is scribbling away on a piece of paper!! DUH! No! I am not watching it 24/7! One reason, they are talking about cases I know nothing about, so how could I can act like a judge?? I am so sick and tired of everybody praising her accomplishments! You would think she was the only woman who had crawled out of the gutter to the heavens upon!!! What I'd like to know is, don't these Senators have anything better to do with their time? They are the ones who are acting as Judge and jury from what I understand!! I hope that their plate is clean! But if they are not, then it is nothing but a farce.

She was getting plowed over today on her own accord and the libs stepped in to bail her out, she could not take care of it on her own that is real concerning. She went around and around in circles trying not to directly answer very real questions using analogy's, well that sure does not paint a clear picture of the whys to me. I especially liked when Lindsey Graham told her what the lawyers and other members of her board think of her temperament and nasty attitudes, he called her out and she made an excuse saying that she had to be tough! LOL, Typical liberal, liar liar pants on fire!

Its almost 100% guarantee that she will be confirmed but this is the process of the senate judiciary committee to have these hearings before she becomes a justice.

With Sotomayor , the war on White folk has begun on a large scale with poverty & tyranny as a result. The nation created and founded by White settlers became such a success that all others flooded her, diluted her and now mere shadows of her former beauty remain hidden away in pockets of faded glory.

Leftists often believe America’s greatest asset was her wealth and continue to loot it with the same socialist and communist doctrine we fled from to create America in the first place. The fact is America is great because of the liberty-based society created by those rich, White, men we call our Founding Fathers.

Black animosity toward White folk is evident in the disproportional, Black-on-White, violent crime rate. White animosity toward Blacks started in Africa upon recognition of their brutal violence, cannibalism and willingness to barter their family members and fellow tribesmen. When Whites ran the farms of Zimbabwe, that country was a food exporter. When the Black activist, Mugabe butchered and/or deported the 7000+ White farmers upon coming to power, the population began to starve and now begs for food aid. –From guess who? (Whites)

Blacks in America are the wealthiest Africans in the history of the world, yet even as a Black man sits in the White House, atop the RNC & NASA, Blacks still complain about racism and demand “special privilege.” -Once the “civil rights” game was played-out, the pendulum kept on swinging. Now in Mississippi’s Black dominated areas, the White vote has been found to be systematically suppressed by the Black majority. It seems equality was the farthest thing from their mind…

Hispanic animosity toward White folk is evident with the large La Raza (The Race) membership and their willingness to march waiving the Mexican flag in the United States. The abhorrent violence in Mexico and the complete willingness of the population there to not only accept it, but to embrace it and to flaunt it offends the sensibilities of Americans and makes White folks in America question how they plan on creating a peaceful society here? -After all, the areas in the US with high Hispanic/Latino populations are infested with gang activity and diseases long cured in America like leprosy.

Upon creating the most prosperous, peaceful, philanthropic and liberty-spreading society the world has ever known, White folks in the US could have sided with Germany in WWII. –Yet America decided to INCLUDE foreigners into our society and within twenty years of the conclusion of the war we did just that by passing the “civil rights” & “voting rights” bills in the US. –But equality was not the goal of minorities as is currently being found out, domination and oppression of White folks is the goal.

The backlash against minority oppression and special privilege is starting to really resonate with the majority. As average Americans witness Obama and the communist (Democrats) loot the national treasury and create social programs for minorities at the expense of the majority who now realize they are little more than “rich white land-owners” to the minority who hope to tax their children of their national inheritance.
