What age or weight can a child sit at the front of a car with an airbag - in England ?

My daughter would love to know, she's 10 years old and 4.5 stone / 28 k

    any age, there isn't a law against it.

    Tankyboy is right but I would like to add that if she is under 135cm than she needs to use a booster seat in the car front or back.
