For an adult, Optimal blood pressure is <120/80, normal resting heart rate is 60-100, normal temperature can range from 36.4-37ºC - and it does depend where the temperature is taken from. Taken inside the body cavity is always going to be a bit higher.
Normal respiratory rate for an adult is 12-18 breaths per minute.

The standard blood temperature should be around 37C. The average heart rate at rest is roughly 60-80bpm depending on age.
Blood pressure can vary a lot, but the systolic is usually between 110-140 and the diastolic is between 70 and 90.
I know this wasn't asked, but you should be very careful about your blood pressure - too high, and you have a high risk of chronic kidney failure. If it gets too low, it usually isn't a problem, but as the systolic passes below 100, your skin will be starved of blood and you will appear pale.
The respiratory rate varies depending on how active the person is at the time, but it is usually between 10 and 20 breaths per minute, but it is often lower than this in some yoga or pilates practitioners.

Resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats per minute, higher when excersising or under stress. Normal respiratory rate is around 12 breaths per minute. Normal BP is 120/80. Normal temperature is around 37 degrees centigrade.

according to the American Heart Association
normal BP 115/75
normal heart rate from 60 to 80 beats per minute
normal respiratory rate 16 to 18 per minute
and average human temperature 98.6
all of the above measurements can vary by quite a bit and still be considered "normal".
