I am 12 weeks pregnant?

and spotting, is this normal, I am cramping pretty bad too.... what should I do?

Update:

it's brownish and I am cramping really really bad

    i would go to the hospital, it could be a miscarriage.

    I had light spotting in my first trimester and this is normal in about 20% of women. Also the cramping could just be round ligament pains preparing your body for the uterus expanding. You can always call your doctor and they should answer any questions that you have and if they think it is of concern they will bring you in!! Good luck and I think everything is fine :-)

    And people she said spotting not bleeding...don't scare her!!

    I bled around 14 weeks of my 2nd pregnancy. I thought i was having a mis carriage it was heavy adn bright red.. I weent to the hospital and found out it was placenta preveia.

    what color is the blood. I would call the doctor you could be having a miscarriage

    If it's not heavy and it's not painful, I wouldn't really worry, but I'd still talk to your doctor if you are worried.
