if i make pies , and i used to make 60 an hour, but now i make 90 anhour, what percent increase is that?

i think its about 30% but i'm not sure if my math is correct.

    Its a 50% increase over the original amount 60. Since 50% of 60 is 30.

    You made 30 extra pies but that is a 50% increase because 50% of 60 is 30 and thats how many extra pies you made.
