What do you call 'entertainment'? What do you describe as being 'fun'? How do you spend your free time? How do you spend your entertainment dollars? How much television do you watch? How many movies do you see? What kind of programs and films do you spend time on? How many books have you read this month? How many concerts have you caught? How many ballets have you seen? What kind of music do you listen to?
Does any of this matter? You might just as well ask if it matters what kind of food you eat. Nourishment for the mind is no different from nourishment for the body. What you put in is what you get back -- in triplicate."
I received this in an email this morning and I'd like to know your thoughts about this. I found it quite interesting to ponder.

Its pretty accurate. I don't watch movies anymore (unless they have a powerful message which in this day and age of Michael Bay and sequels is unlikely) and have given up cable TV. I am currently reading a book on Buddhism and another one of Scientific truths in Hinduism. I am much more evolved than when I was checking out Perez Hilton and Tmz and I can feel it lol

Any thing wholesome really. I love to learn about people. I love to talk about issues in the light of honesty. I love to read books that are thought provoking. I delight in knowing how to love...though once knowing...it is not as easy to do. I spend my time learning how things work both physically and spiritually. Then I like to share what I find exciting...perhaps that is why I am Y/A way TOO MUCH...lol. I enjoyed your question. Thanks
