Polaris Sportsman help?

polaris sportsman 500 ho runs good when cold but when it heats up or gets to temp the moter skips and it bearly runs. The warmer the moter gets the worse it skips and spit and sputters. I dont know what could be causing this problem because it only happens when it gets warm
