my dads friends daughter graduated high school with her high school diploma and college diploma i want to know how she did it i mean i know she took a lot of extra classes and she went to night school but which classes did she take

You can't graduate high school and get a college diploma from your high school, you only get a high school diploma.
She likely took community college classes at night, if I understand what you are talking about, and then got her Associates degree from the college around the same time she got her high school diploma. Assuming this is what she did, she had to take about 20 college courses (if each class was a 3 hour course) during the time that she was in high school.
