trying to play xbox games on xbox 360 and getting wierd error message?
error message reads "the game could not start. please download the game again." i've tried it with all of my xbox games that are on the list for compatable games. my xbox is up to date aka. i have it connected to xbox live. i've tried calling xbox support and they cannot help me any suggestions?

I would just e-mail or call Xbox customer service. or see if you rhard drive is connected properly. Just guessing on the Hard drive.
